It is not clear when the little red seed had installed itself within the soils of Scarlet’s exotic garden, but one day, it finally revealed itself to the world as a small sprout emerged from the earth.
Anyone that would approach the sprout would had felt that there was something uneasy with it. Its color was not entirely green, having spots of vivid red here and there, where a goo liquid rested, resembling too much to fresh blood. But that was not the most disturbing thing. If a living creature or person, approached the sprout, it attempt to reach towards the creature/ person, trembling its tiny leaves, as if it wanted something from the ones near it.
It grew quickly, during only one night, and as the sun bathed the garden with its light, the small sprout had already reached 10cm, seeming to impose its presence between the other plants.
